What are the benefits of booking directly on this website?

What time is check-in and check-out?

4pm check-in and 11am check-out.

Does the hotel allow pets?

Yes, our pet fee is $75/stay.

Do you offer on-site parking?

On-site valet parking is $48/night although space is limited and only one vehicle per room allowed.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservation must be cancelled by 4PM local hotel time, 2 days prior to scheduled arrival to avoid penalty of one (1) night’s room & tax. Reservation is fully prepaid, non-refundable at time of booking. No modifications once confirmed. Reservations made at least 72-hours prior to hotel check-in time are eligible for penalty-free cancellation, if requested within 24-hours of booking confirmation.

Do you offer on-site dining?

Yes, we offer on-site dining with room service available by Santo Mezcal Mexican Restaurant, which is open Monday to Thursday from 11am until 9pm; Friday and Saturday from 8am to 10pm; and Sunday, 8am to 9pm.
